Today I’m letting myself get inspired by vegetables.
I was able to carve out some time this morning to travel down to Ramsey’s Farm Stand in Scarsdale (view map). Always an absolute treat for me, because:
They seriously have the best corn in Westchester County!
Their potatoes are also amazing, and I like to have those in my pantry at all times
Their watermelon today was slurp-worthy
And everything is fresh from their farm in New Paltz so it keeps very well for several days.

Going there makes me realize just how far off supermarket produce is from the real deal. Everything is so fresh, and so delicious that I find myself not wanting to even put a lot of seasoning on it so I can taste really the magic.
