Dear wellness friends,

I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working on quietly in the background for the past several months: I’m bringing the Westchester Wellness Guide community together — in real life.

The Power of Human Connection

A Westchester Wellness Guide Community Gathering

Thursday, October 22 · 6–8 PM · White Plains

Join Us

Here’s our chance to meet IRL and put some faces to those Instagram handles. And to all of the local wellness business owners I’ve connected with along the way — I’d love to hear how you’re doing, too. Let’s make some introductions, share what we’re up to, and figure out how we can support one another.

No algorithms. No scrolling. Just actual humans.

We’ll have snacks and drinks, a relaxing gong bath, skincare to experience, astro guidance, and plenty of time to mingle and connect. Whether you’re a wellness regular, a busy mom trying to keep everything functioning, a crunchy-granola hippie, an A-type wellness diva, or simply curious about what’s happening around you — come as you are. I’d really love to see you there.

Join us for a night of wellness, inspiration & real human connection.
